REFUND POLICY

At Sportive Australia our customer satisfaction is our priority. Our customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable damage. Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian consumer law. You are also entitled to have the products/goods repaired or replaced if the products/goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure ( subject to wear and tear provisions).

 

Sportive Australia is not liable to accept a return simply if you change your mind. At the same time our sales mangers and online sales agents may, solely at thier discretion, decide to offer an exchange or credit in this situation (Please refer Terms of exchange section below for more information). Customers are requested to return the product in its original new condition with orginal packaging along with a proof of purchase.        

TERMS OF EXCHANGE

  1. The exchange request should be initiated within 28 days of receiving the order.

  2. Customer can exchange their initial order as long as the item is new and unopened. Additionally, the price of the new item must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product or the difference in price will need to be paid prior to the new item being shipped.

  3. All return shipping costs are the customers's cost.

  4. Customers will be charged warehouse handling fee (Typically $10).

  5. Customers will be charged reshipping fee for the new item to be shipped.

  6. The replacement order will be shipped to the default delivery address mentioned on your account/on the original order. If the shipping address is required to be changed then it is the customers's responsibility to contact our sales team to advise the new shipping address. we will require customer to send and email to sales@sportive.au with the new shipping address.

  7. Customers will be provided a store voucher in case the new item that they have ordered as an exchange item is out of stock. The value of the store voucher will be equal to the price (after discount, if applicable) of any product(s) being exchanged less warehouse handling & restocking fee.

REQUESTING RETURN

  1. All claims must be supported with photo and/or video evidence when submitted, along with proof of purchase.

  2. To request a return, please sent us an email to contact@sportive.au.

  3. Sportive Australia customer care team must issue you with a return approval by email with a return authorisation number.

  4. Sportive Australia have the right to reject any product that arrives to our warehouse without notice prior approval. The return of this product will be responsibility of the customer.
